PLD series aggregate dosing machine are all consisted of loading system, weighing system and electrical control system.

1. Loading system: it is composed of storage hopper and feeding system. Its main function is to store aggregate and to upload aggregate to charging bucket. Model of loading system: PLD800-PLD1200.

2. Weighing system: weighing system is the key part of aggregate dosing machine. It is made up of weigh bucket, suspension gear, sensors and DSB-III.

3. Electrical control system: electrical control system is the core part of aggregate dosing machine. Its function is to achieve the automatic control for weighing, display, operation and batching of the machine. The electrical control system is formed of DSB-III and strong voltage circuit.

4. Working principle of aggregate dosing machine: before working, supply aggregate to each storage hopper by a loader (artificial feeding is all right when aggregate dosing machine is installed underground.). Follow the instruction of DSB-III leaflet to input the formula to DSB-III (to unused material you must input zero.). After press the button of dosing, the automatic batching procedures are started.

The working procedure: firstly, belt conveyor of material1 starts working and delivers material1 to weigh bucket. When the setting value is met, it will stop deliver automatically. Next, the second belt conveyor starts working like the first one. When the weight meets the setting material1 and material2, belt conveyor2 also stops deliver automatically. The rest is done in the same manner. After all the materials are weighed, the machine will be in state of waiting for discharging. Press the discharging button and discharging belt conveyor begins working to deliver the materials to concrete mixer hopper. The belt conveyor will stop automatically after discharging and begins the second cycle.
