Security and Safety Points of Concrete Batching Plant

Here are some security and safety points that should be noticed in the process of using a concrete batching plant.

 

1.    Strictly prohibit lean of silo and deformation of leg in the process of installment.

2.    Weld end of leg and embedded parts tightly.

3.    Make preparation for windbreak and lightning protection.

4.    Strictly prohibit hitting against leg and silo heavily.

5.    Check the cement adhesion of dust catcher regularly and clean it in time.

6.    The base must be solid and accord with architectural design code.

7.    Once sack is blanked off, pressure inside the silo surpasses the safety pressure of safety valves in the top of silo. Then safety valve open automatically to avoid explosion of silo.

8.    Lift up cement silo with specialized crane and put them on the prepared base. Then check the height of silo and weld the end of leg and embedded parts.
