HZS Series Skip type concrete batching plant is basically made up of concrete mixer, cement and power material weighing system, storing system, control system, and other associated structures.

1.      Mixer: HZS Series Skip type concrete batching plant uses JS series double horizontal shaft compulsory concrete mixer, which is a new concrete mixing machinery with multi functions and can be applied to mix stiff consistency, plastic and light aggregate concrete and all kinds of mortar. The machine has such characteristics as simple structure, high mixing quality, high efficency, low energy consumption, low noise and simple operation, and can be used with dump car, truck and concrete mixing truck together and is the ideal machinery in construction sites and large & medium-size cast concrete factories.

2.      Cement and power material weighing system: HZS Series Skip type concrete batching plant uses PLD Series concrete batching machine, which is a kind of equipment with automatically batching material on the front desk and using mixer together. It can automatically finish the batching procedures of 3-6 kinds of materials(second grade concrete ) such as sand, stone, cement according to users design. This serial products adopt electronic weighing, computer control, digital display, wired remote control operation, and have such advantages as accurate weighing, high precision batching, quick speed, strong control function and convenient operation. After this serial concrete batching machine combines with relative concrete mixer, different types and specifications combined concrete mixing station can be formed.

3.      Storing system: Storing system of concrete batching plant is basically same. Aggregate is stored in open air and powder is stored in closed steel-structure silo. Additive is stored in steel-structure vessel.

4.      Control system: Control system is central nervous system of HZS Series Skip type concrete batching plant. Control system varies according to users requirements and scale of concrete batching plant. Generally control system of small concrete mixing plant is simpler than that of large-scale concrete mixing plant.
