命令行啟動Oracle(windows)

　　在Windows下用Net Start serverName啟動Oracle服務，Oracle服務啟動以後是否自動啟動資料庫受ORA_HUIYI_AUTOSTART影響。

　　ORA_HUIYI_AUTOSTART 在註冊表(測試机為9i)HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREORACLEHOME0
