Bug 12340939 ORA-7445 [kglic0] can occur capturing cursor stats for V$SQLSTATS

今天有一台数据库基本上每半个小时hang一下，hang的时候产生core dump，最后差查了下是由于Bug 12340939  ORA-7445 [kglic0] can occur capturing cursor stats for V$SQLSTATS导致，生成snapshot的脚本会访问 V$SQLSTATS，hang的几秒钟数据库新连接会出问题

Bug 12340939  ORA-7445 [kglic0] can occur capturing cursor stats for V$SQLSTATS

Description

A core dump might be seen in kglic0() when the system is capturing

cursor stats for V$SQLSTATS.

 

Rediscovery Notes:

If:

  An intermittent ORA-7445 is seen in kglic0()

  and the stack has kksIterCursorStat() present

 then you might be seeing this issue.

 

Workaround

The code path that leads to the crash can be disabled by setting

 the hidden parameter "_cursor_stats_enabled"=FALSE. However this

 will disable information being maintained under the fixed view

 V$SQLSTATS. (Other fixed views can be used to capture most of

 the relevant information though).

This fix is included in 11.2.0.3 patch set

To fix this issue please plan do the following

1. Apply the patch 12340939
or
2. Apply the Patchset 11.2.0.3
or
3. Apply the 11.2.0.2.4 Patch Set Update where the bug is fixed.
or
4. workaround , add in pfile "_cursor_stats_enabled"=FALSE and restart database.
