Sawdust Dryer Daily Knowledge

Sawdust dryer is designed for drying wood chips, sawdust, wood flour,  and other materials.feeding and discharging unit is installed with thermocouple to control drier temperature. the temperature change of drier’s feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner drier temperature ( generally 250-350o).thmeans to continuously feed wet sawdust powder into dry tubes with
screw conveyor. Evaporate wet material moisture in the transmission and spread of high-speed hot air flow, getting dry powdered or granular product. Sawdust dryer machine is mainly composed of air heater, air feeder, air drying tube, cyclone separator, blower and other components..Consist of rotating cylinder, transmission device, supporting device and shoveling plates,etc, sawdust dryer is a horizontal type drying device. the sawdust dryer for sale is reasonably designed and with large drying capacity of 1-3t/h. there are shoveling plates in different angels
welded throughout inner side of the whole drum. the feeding place is set door ring and rotary shoveling plates to avoid materials splashing.
