遭遇inbound connection timed out (ORA-3136)错误

一用户报无法连接系统，检查数据库正常，用sys登录也正常。

检查 alert log 发现如下错误：

1.set INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_=0 in listener.ora
2. set SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT = 0 in sqlnet.ora of server.
3. stop and start both listener and database.
4. Now try to connect to DB and observe the behaviour

执行如下操作:

$ vi sqlnet.ora

$ lsnrctl
