查看MOS 发现是一个BUG如下，影响 11.2.0.1 11.2.0.2 11.2.0.3

补丁程序13737746: MRP0: BACKGROUND MEDIA RECOVERY TERMINATED

也可以通过重启MRP进程来解决。
