装了KuGou后就出现这样：

  The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.
You must restart adb and Eclipse.
Please ensure that adb is correctly located at 'D:\program\develop\eclipse\android_sdk\sdk\platform-tools\adb.exe' and can be executed. 

解决方法:

1.卸载KuGou,(试过关了酷狗，重启机器后也可以),

2.改变Android端口:

如何改变adb的默认端口呢？

在操作系统的系统环境里面，加一个环境变量：

ANDROID_ADB_SERVER_PORT，值为9999，看自己喜欢。

然后， 重启电脑，可以鸟。
