System State dumped to trace file /arpsysc2/oracle/11.2.0/admin/arpsysc2_arpsysc2/diag/rdbms/arpsysc2/arpsysc2/trace/arpsysc2_diag_21660.trc Instance terminated by MMAN, pid = 21666 Wed Sep 28 08:34:26 2011 Starting ORACLE instance (normal) with a call stack similar to: kghrecr_quiesce <- kghquiesce_regular_extent <- kgh_next_free <- extent <- ksmc_next_free <- kmgs_extract_mem_from_granule <- kmgs_check_inuse_lists <- kmgsdrv <- sts <- ksbcti <- ksbabs <- ksbrdp <- opirip <- opidrv <- sou2o <- opimai_real <- ssthrdmain <- main <- start CAUSE The problem is caused by Bug:9795214:DATABASE INSTANCE CRASHED DUE ORA-00600 [17074], ORA-822MMAN Bug 9795214 is fixed in PSU 11.1.0.7.7, PSU 11.2.0.2.4, 11.2.0.3  and 12.1. SOLUTION To implement a solution for Bug:9795214, please consider any of below alternative solutions:  On RDBMS release 11.1, the preferred solution is to apply patchset 11.1.0.7 and PSU 11.1.0.7.7 or above. - OR - On RDBMS release 11.2, apply PSU 11.2.0.2.4 or patchset 11.2.0.3 - OR - On Windows, install 11.2.0.1 patchbundle 12 or higher  - OR - On Windows, install 11.2.0.2 patchbundle 08 or higher - OR - Check for the availability of one-off Patch:9795214 for your platform and RDBMS release on MOS. To check for conflicting patches, please use the MOS Patch Planner Tool There is no known workaround available for the problem.
