AIX6.1下重新添加oracle11gRAC坏掉的节点，

解决办法：
修改/grid/app/11.2.0/oui/oraparam.ini文件的JRE_MEMORY_OPTIONS参数：

错误三：在新添加节点上执行root脚本报错
