普通用户以normal身份登录EM的权限

  今天数据库普通用户用户HR以normal身份登录EM时，出现如下的错误提示：

Error：The application requires more database privileges than you have currently been granted. Click on Help to get more version specific information.

  经查明是因为缺少权限，查阅有关资料得知，普通用户以normal身份登录EM时需要的权限为：
connect, resource, select_catalog_role

  现HR缺少select_catalog_role，以SYS登录数据库，授HR用户 select_catalog_role权限
