reconfig dbconsole can't start

The summary of Troubleshooting the problem about when recreate or reconfigure the dbconsole,the dbconsole can't be started

Problem description
When droping the dbconsole, prompt some folders can't remove
$ emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop -cluster

When recreating  the dbconsole,the starting process is hang.

Analysis
 Prompt is Cannot remove the folder,when i check the folder,found the folder is null,but when i rename the folder,it remind can't rename the folder, Permission denied.when i check the folder's permission,found the permission is ok,i stop the dbconsole and agent,and then through check the process,found some processes associate with dbconsole are running,but the dbconsole has been stopped.so i think the folder is used by some process prevent from rename the folder and start dbconsole.

Solution
1.Stop the dbconsole and agent on rac1 and rac2
2.kill the dbconsole processes on rac1 and rac2

ps -ef|grep oc4j|grep oracle
ps -df|grep agent|grep oracle
ps -ef|grep java|grep oracle
ps -ef|grep dbconsole|grep oracle
Note: verify before killing if it running from the same oracle home
    3.start the dbconsole wait for 5 min on node1..
    4.check whether the listener is working fine.>lsnrctl status
    4.check the status of dbconsole and agent. >emctl status dbconsole
                                               >emctl status agent
    5.start the dbconsole wait for 5 min on node2,check whether it work fine.
    6.try to connect to the dbconsole by web browser,look at the login web whether is appear.if appear,use user "sysmam" login to the dbconsole,check whether or not it is  working fine.

Note:
If you have any problems when running emca, check the log file under:
ORACLE_HOME/cfgtoollogs/emca//
ORACLE_HOME//sysman/log
