I.  Executive summary:

Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “Xi’an KOSUN” or “KOSUN”) is originally named Xi’an Changqing Drilling Equipment Factory and Xi'an Kexun Petroleum Drilling & Exploring Equipment Co., Ltd.

Xi’an KOSUN was set up by the current president Dong Zhonghou in 1992, with a registered capital of RMB 12 million. The company now counts 332 employees, including 158 employees with college degrees or above, 55 senior managements and professional technicians. It is the leader of solid control industry in China and a comprehensive service provider of oilfield drilling mud equipments, mainly providing solid control systems for drilling mud and complete range of solid-liquid-gas separation equipments, and developing complete oil and gas drilling equipment.

Since its foundation in 1992, Xi’an KOSUN aims to provide services for companies as China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petrochemical Corporation, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, and to provide drilling & exploring equipments and relevant accessories to the professional drilling & exploring and their subsidiaries. By 1998, Xi’an KOSUN had expanded its production scope and became the first ISO9001 certified company in solid control equipment industry in China, gradually developing from a manufacturer of solid control equipment into an integrator in solid control systems.

Since its foundation, Xi’an KOSUN has been a main supplier of solid control products in the field of Oil and Gas industry’s equipment, and the unique centrifuge manufacturer with the longest history in five northwestern provinces, as well as the first generation manufacturer in high-frequency vibration screen in China. By 2004, Xi’an KOSUN had achieved multi-industry operations, its products was not limited to the oil field use, but also extended to equipment for engineering, trenchless directional crossing engineering, water-power engineering, mining and for other fields and industries. After 2007, Xi’an KOSUN applied for the right to import and export, and began to get involved in international trade for overseas markets. It set up an overseas subsidiary in the Central Asian country of Kazakhstan at the end of 2009, to expand to the international oilfield services market. Since 2012, KOSUN officially entered into the waste Management market in energy service industry.
