+ The latest version of OID is 10.1.4.0.1 which can be downloaded from the following page

OID is available with the "Oracle Identity Management Infrastructure and Oracle Identity
Federation" suite
(During the installation, you need to select metadata repository and identity management option)

It is available for both Unix/Windows platform
