Two samples for runstate

1. To get statistics for a specific column:
runstate tablespace chid01r.qchssbat
   table(dbuchir.qchtsbat) column(R_INVOICE)
   sample 25;


2. To run agaist partition 2 of a TS and index：
runstate tablepsace chid01r.qchssbat
         part 2
         index( IX1 PART 2)
