OSB(Oracle Secure Backup) 磁带重用方法

登录 obtool ， 查看 library 里面所有 volume 的使用情况
volume  ATFDB-MF-000008 已经满了，我们决定重用这盘磁带，它的 mte 号为 4， barcode 为 KJX533L4

上面命令操作成功后， 查看 library 里面所有 volume 的使用情况，可以看到 mte 号为 4 的卷已经重用，没有关联到任何 Media Family
