MySQL 授权时报错

mysql> grant select, insert on test.orders to 'test'@'localhost';
ERROR 1819 (HY000): Your password does not satisfy the current policy requirements

报错原因：
被授权用户在mysql库的user表中不存在

mysql> select host,user from mysql.user;
+-----------+-----------+
| host      | user      |
+-----------+-----------+
| %         | test      |
| localhost | jeffrey   |
| localhost | mysql.sys |
| localhost | root      |
+-----------+-----------+
4 rows in set (0.06 sec)

解决方法：
按照mysql库中user表里面存在的用户格式进行授权

mysql> grant select, insert on test.orders to 'jeffrey'@'localhost';
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.07 sec)
