Error:

Fix:

Sybase DBhad been config with higher server value as below and db restart completed:

dynamic option for dwadm user:

SET OPTION dwadm.MAX_IQ_THREADS_PER_CONNECTION = 1000;
SET OPTION dwadm.MAX_IQ_THREADS_PER_TEAM = 500;
