用我自己账号登录的时候，有时候报这个错误
You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.
账号密码都是对的，职责也是有的。试了下别的浏览器火狐没问题， OK，那是本地的问题，切除 IE cookies，问题搞定
1. deleted IE cookies (because previously I asked the browser to save user name and password for my user)

2. I logged in with the my user (e.g. user1) and then logged out

3. I then logged in with the second user (e.g. user2)
