InvalidOperationException: Internal .Net Framework Data Provider error 30

DB从Oracle10.2.0.4.0单机升级成Oracle 11.2.0.2.0   RAC后，发现SSIS跑报表的JOB不能成功执行。

将.net 程序所在Server的client 升级成11，odac 连接组件升级为11g ，故障依旧。

 

sec_case_sensitive_logon 置为false,其它应用没有问题，SSIS连接数据库没有问题，后续执行package时报错，所调用的package状态正常。

 

后来发现Data Source=WSJ_DELLL10;User ID=XXX;password=XXXXX ;Persist Security Info=True; unicode=true;中去掉unicode=true; 就好了
