31、ASM的用户SYSDBA和SYSOPER

ASM instance do not have a data dictionary,so the only way to connect to one is by using OS authentication,that is ,SYSDBA or SYSOPER.

SYSOPER可以使用的命令：

startup/shutdown

ALTER diskgroup mount/dismount

alter diskgroup online/offline disk

alter diskgroup check

alter diskgroup rebalance

不可以用的:

create diskgroup

add/drop/resize disk
