ORA-00600 [733] WHEN START 9i DATABASE

問題：

standby database 斷電后，再啟動時startup nomount;

報錯：ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [733], [1780491312], [pga heap], [],[], [], [], []

Symptom(s)

Customer receives the following error when trying to startup the database:

 

ORA-00600 [733]

There was a machine crash with the database running.

 

Cause

~~~~~~~

Corrupted SPFILE. This was reported as Bug 2544998 and found not to be a bug.

 

Fix

~~~~

Startup using PFILE and recreate the SPFILE(DELETE and create):

 

Delete the SPFILE at OS level.

 

SQL> connect / as sysdba

SQL> startup pfile=

SQL> create spfile from pfile;

SQL> shutdown

SQL> startup -> OK!

The pga heap being requested is unusually high 538969648 ( ~500 MB ).
ORA-600 [733] is occuring everytime during normal database startup :

Successful database startup does not have O7_DICTIONARY_ACCESSIBILITY set to
true.

The heap memory is being requested to read in SPFILE.
The spfileSID.ora might have been corrupted.
set O7_DICTIONARY_ACCESSIBILITY = TRUE in initSID.ora and
recreate the spfile by issuing :

SQL> connect / as sysdba

SQL> create spfile from pfile;

and restart the database.
