Cause
The error found in the trace file is the same error reported in Bug 4158956: ORA-7445 [KGLOBAL] ERROR OCCURS AFTER APPLYING PATCHSET 9.2.0.6, which was confirmed to be a duplicate of RDBMS Bug 3256015 - APPSST10G: JAVA.SQL.SQLEXCEPTION: NO MORE DATA TO READ FROM SOCKET[KGLPIM].

Solution
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1. Please download and review the readme and pre-requisites for Patch 3256015.

2. Please apply Patch 3256015 in a test environment.

3. Please retest the issue.

4. If the issue is resolved, migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.
