alert 文件中的信息：insert pending collecting tran, scn=1009024904 (hex=0.3c247f

在alter_SID.log文件中发现的信息，我们的客户端程序调用A数据库的Procedure , 其中会有database link 连接到B数据库（应该属于分布式数据库系统吧），从信息中看不到是否是网络断开还是系统问题，因为没有作任何动作， 程序出现异常。重新打开程序就正常了。
一般什么情况下出现这种现象 ？ 什么情况下系统会锁住操作的表而必须强制回滚？？
