EBS R12加入应用节点报错 RC-40201: Unable to connect to Database SRMG -1

Oracle EBS R12.1.3 ,  Oracle 11.2.0.1  

数据库为单机
应用为双节点

目标： APP节点1已经正常运行，现在需要加入APP节点2，在实施： $ perl   adclonectx.pl  addnode  contextfile=  的时候报错 。 详细log如下：
