平台：redhat linux6.0 64bit  + oracle 11.2.0.1

1,在数据库启动过程中alert日志报以下错误：

2，问题分析：

这是oracle的已知8991997. 
影响版本：11.2.0.1/11.1.0.7
该Bug触发的原因是:在数据库启动过程中有前台进程连接数据库。


3，解决方案：

这个问题在以下版本中修复。
12.1.0.1   (Base Release)
11.2.0.2   (Server Patch Set)
11.2.0.1.1 Database Patch Set Update
11.2.0.1   Bundle Patch 4 for Exadata Database
11.2.0.1   Patch 3 on Windows Platforms
