There are many control panel’s namely cPanel, plesk, dotnet panel etc. Considering a Windows server, the control panel that is mostly used would be Plesk control panel or the dotnet control panel. Most web hosting providers provide Plesk or DotNetPanel with their Windows hosting packages.

Once you have logged into your Plesk control panel account you get the default options on the homepage like Preferences, Mailbox, Redirect, Mail Group, Groups, Auto-responders, Spam Filters, etc.

Step 1: Click on the Spam Filter option. Once you have entered the option, you get the preferences for the spam filter option.

Hits Required for spam – Specify the number of hits required for a message to be marked as spam, by entering the value in the box provided besides the hits required for spam option.

Once this is done, click on the OK tab provided below.

Step 3: You can click on the White List option provided at the top of the page, besides the General tab. To add a new pattern to the list, enter the pattern into the E-mail pattern input field and click the ADD button. You can see that you have successfully added your User’s white list. It is also easy to remove the pattern from the list. Just select the pattern and click REMOVE button.

Step 4: You can click on the Black List option provided at the top of the page, besides the White list tab. You can black list the same way in which you white listed.
