First, make sure that Siri is enabled while on the lock screen. You can invoke her by saying “Hey Siri” if voice access is set up, or by pressing and holding down the Home button for a few seconds. If Siri doesn’t return enough information about the iPhone’s owner to get in touch, you can also try asking Siri to call various family members. People often name certain contacts by relationship or note the relationship within the contact itself. Try asking Siri to do any of the following:
