And it is especially important when they are traveling to English speaking countries. They want to meet local people, so they can practice English and meet people from different culture. On this website, you can choose any city around the world, and you can choose any interest, like sports, hiking, language exchange, photography, beer, small business. You can choose any topic that interests you and any city to see if there is a group meeting. I want to share with you two meetups I found in very popular cities that sound interesting to give you an example what are these meetups like. A lot people visit New York when they are first visiting the US. So I recommend to go meetup.com and check out different local meetups in the area. I found one that is particularly interesting there were over 12 thousand people signed up to this meetup group. And it’s called the “Alternatives To The Bar: Fun Things To Do In NYC Today” At this meetup, there were thirty to forty people who showed up each time to the meetup. And with over 800 past events there’s always something going on. And at this meetup, they have gone to art museum, they gone on adventures, readings, festivals, music, seeing animals.
