Description
It is not possible to recover TDE once the wallet is deleted.
Although a customer should not delete the wallet, this fix allows
the DBA to reset TDE.
eg:
Delete the encryption wallet, remove all encrypted information from the db
by deleting it, and try to perform a "set key" operation. If it fails, you
have rediscovered the bug.
Another Symptom is
Creating encrypted tablespace fails with error ORA-28374 after wallet was
deleted and recreated.
Workaround
Restore the deleted wallet.
