- To access the LSI configuration utility watch the BIOS screens for the LSI
card initialization. When the card initializes you will see “LSI Corporation
MPT SAS2 BIOS” at the top of the screen and a prompt to press Ctrl+C to
enter the configuration utility. Press Ctrl+C when prompted. Observe the
screen carefully as the message displays for only a very short time and the
user can only access the preboot environment at the time the message is
shown.
- After accessing the configuration utility a screen presenting the available
SAS controllers that may be configured will be shown. If there are multiple
cards installed you can select the preferred card at this screen. For the
internal SAS controller select the Adapter listed as SGX-SAS6-INT-Z. At
