Knowledge is the antidote to fear.

知识可以解除恐惧。

Fear always steps from unknown things.

Once we know what those things are, what lies behind the seemingly fearful appearance, we will successfully remove our fears. 

With knowledge, we even have the ability to tackle with things that aren't in our control, like natural disasters.

We can't stop natural disasters, but we can arm ourselves with knowledge, then so many lives wouldn't have to be lost if there was enough disaster preparedness.

 

It's kind of fun to do the impossible.

做不可能的事情还是蛮有趣的。

To do the impossible is to create and invent the future.

If we can successfully transfrom the impossible into the possible or eventuall into real existence, it is indeed a kind of fun. Nevertheless, if we failed, then such experience may be so terrible feelings.

Compared to those talented, I think I can't be a creator, even a good follower.

What I expect of myself is just to do some simple tasks well, to earn a life for me.

Try to remember and understand deeply:

Your competition is not against other people but against the time you kill, the ill will you create, the knowledge you neglect to learn, the connections you fail to build, the health you sacrifice along the path, your inability to generate ideas, the people around you who don't support and love your efforts, and whatever god you curse for your bad luck.

And I want to say is that the only one of my enemy is myself, not others, not the destiny.
