lsnrctl start报错：TNS-01106: Message 1106 not found; No message file for product=network, facility=TNS 

原因：ORACLE_HOME没有设置

方法： export ORACLE_HOME=/home/oracle/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1
