Errors
WWC-40019Symptoms
1. Login Portal fails without any error2. Create a new pagegroup, after apply, got the message error:
Error: Could not open web cache connection. (WWC-40019) attempting to modify root page
3. Edit the Root Page, try to make any modification into the layout or anything, got the same error.
4. Invalidation and administration ports are correctly configured.
5. Run cachseed.sql script does not make any difference
Cause
Web Cache Host Settings information from Portal GUI is incorrectly configured.Fix
- Go to the Builder- Go to the Administer Tab
- Into the Services portlet --> Global Settings
- Go to the Cache Tab
- Be sure the Web Cache Host Settings are properly configured

- Apply the changes
It should work without restart services neither logout from Portal. Just go back to navigator and try to create or modify a page.
