lr学习笔记3：运行场景时遇到的问题及解决

运行场景时，遇到了这么一个错：Error: Failed to find per process .cfg file. [MsgId: MERR-10776]

Basically .cfg file is the configuration file which contains your runtime settings like think time, logging, looping,pacing etc.This file is created when you first record the script. when you run your script and do some changes in the runtme settings like change the iteration number , logging, particularly when you change the multithreading parameters like change it to run as a process or thread or vice versa , LR saves this information and the orginal information in the temp folder of the user who is logged in. if you delete these files your script will not run.
What i do normally is to save the run time settings once again and execute(by the way in the first place i don't clear the temp folder)
Just open RTS and do some changes and save it.
Vuser script and Vuser behavior are two different things. You can have several configuration file for the same Vuser script, you just have to change the name of the cfg file in the Virtual User text file under 'defaultcfg' line or other way is you can run the Vuser script with relevant config file from the controller, you have to add the file path in the command line.Following is just an example on how to this on command line
-cfg c:\Loadrunner\profile2.cfg
