jira war＋oracle 难道真不行？

JIRA是按照官方文档一点一点deploy出来的；Confluence在设置database的时候，选择了用jdbc连接Oracle（这个配置起来简单一些）。Confluence官方文档里面有数据库调优的部分，但是我发现在2.3版本中都已经加到默认实现里面去了。

现在问题就是页面的响应速度很慢，无论是查看项目中的东西还是创建项目。我想如果是查看issue什么的，是从数据库读，如果慢可能是数据库的问题，但是新建的时候就连进入新建页面也比较慢，这个就不知道为什么了。（我按后退按钮都很慢...）

我在部署之前玩过standalone版本的，速度还是挺快的。不知道为啥自己deploy war就出问题。而且官方也说如果是正式使用，最好自己deploy，因为standalone使用的数据库比较差。

是我忽略了什么东西才导致速度慢的吗？请有经验的指点一下。谢谢。

jira3.7.1 installation guide明明写着这样的话呢：
