AjaxControlExtender.vsi安装

 今天接到个任务要用倒AjaxControlExtender.vsi，所以就要装了。

不过装的不怎么顺利，最后用Google才在一个老外的Blog中找到原因，这里把不顺的地方写出来，和大家分享。

 

 

问题：

我双击AjaxControlExtender.vsi是安装，可是其中四项只能装上两个，装不上的报错曰：

Installation stopped because the directory for the ProjectType value did not exist.  The project type is invalid for your installation of Visual Studio.

 

我就郁闷了，百度了一下没结果。

我就google。

原来是因为我装VS2008是没有装VB，而安装程序要拷贝东西到

C:/Documents and Settings/cheng.cheng/My Documents/Visual Studio 2008/Templates/ItemTemplates/Visual Basic还有

C:/Documents and Settings/cheng.cheng/My Documents/Visual Studio 2008/Templates/ProjectTemplates/Visual Basic

里去的。

但我没装VB自然没有这两个文件夹了。

无奈之下手工建立了上述的两个路径。

注意：cheng.cheng是用户名

           Visual Studio 2008是安装的VS版本，可能你的是VS2005

搞定了，哈哈。
