Imagine you are standing in front  of your ideal  audience. You have them at "hello" and you rock your talk all the way through to closing. You stories are eloquent and your style conversational. You stand with confidence, yet allow your audience to see your humility. From the beginning, the audience is with you, rooting for you. They relate to you，and you to them. 
        想象一下，你就站在你理想中的观众面前。从一句“你们好”开始，通过你的语言拥有他们的关注，直到演讲结束。你的故事是激昂的，并且拥有自己说话的风格。你站的很自信，却让观众看到你的谦卑。 从一开始，观众就与你同在，为你加油。他们连接到你，而你也跟他们连接。

        You provide the audience with ideas that provoke thought. You make them laugh and make them want to take action -- to do better. You give them tools that will allow them to grow and evolve.
