多国语表单提交乱码问题

1、所有文件都以-utf-8编码格式保存

2、所有文件都设置charset为UTF-8

3、在页面头部加上如下代码 <%@LANGUAGE="VBScript" CodePage="65001"%> <% response.Charset="utf-8" %>
