解决方案
要让用户少走弯路,同时不使他们感觉受操控。引导用户进入决策流程,去掉所有不必要的功能,它们会对用户完成流程造成影响。本模式有机会让用户接触信息和活动,并最终获得用户认可。
引导用户逐步深入一组预定的操作或事件。用户进入流程,就会丧失一定的自主权。一旦用户进入了流程,他们就会尽量体验每个环节。[3]
用户进入流程后,他们能接触到其它地方没有的信息和活动,这些都有机会让用户认可流程。[4]

本模式便于让用户参与流程。对设计人员而言,本模式操控了用户的体验——内容、可能的路径和活动的性质。本模式构建了受控环境,用户进入环境,就必须接受强加于他们之上的假设、价值观和逻辑。
人们重视连贯性,因此本模式会产生效果。一旦用户认定想法或流程,大部分用户都会倾向坚持下去,这在用户自己选择的流程中体现得尤为明显。[5]
