用pip升级（更新）TensorFlow

TensorFlow更新很快，所以及时更新本地端是很有必要的。
通常会使用：

1、pip install --upgrade tensorflow-gpu

但是。。。被墙了，很难更新（下载）成功。因此，得使用国内的镜像源，例如：  

清华：https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple  

阿里云：http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/  

中国科技大学 https://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple/  

华中理工大学：http://pypi.hustunique.com/  

山东理工大学：http://pypi.sdutlinux.org/  

豆瓣：http://pypi.douban.com/simple/  具体的使用方法就是（清华例）： 

pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple --upgrade tensorflow-gpu 

sou地一下，就更新好了！
