现象：启动Delphi 7时出现如下提示： Borland license information was found,but it is not valid for delphi.

原因：注册文件损坏。

解决：

1) Delete the file: C:\documents and settings\<username>\.borland\registry.slm

2) Run c:\program files\borland\delphi7\bin\D7Reg.exe

3) Click next...

4) Open then Delphi7
