maven集成百度云推送

1.起初在pom.xml中配置了百度云如下，但在项目更新的时候如论如何也下载不下来百度云依赖

2.后来经百度后发现，此包在maven中国仓库中，后面修改了maven的setting.xml文件后，才可以正常下载
