ORA-01030权限不足

create or replace view stats
  as select 'STAT...' || a.name name, b.value
           from v$statname a, v$mystat b
         where a.statistic# = b.statistic#
       union all
       select 'LATCH.' || name,   gets
           from v$latch
  union all
  select 'STAT...Elapsed Time', hsecs from v$timer;
报错: ORA-01030权限不足
问题原因:该用户无视图的select权限，不能统一设置，必须视图指定；
解决方法：   grant select on v _$mystat to orcluser ; (注意必须用V_$mystat代替v$mystat)
   grant select on v_$statname to orcluser;
   grant select on v_$latch to orcluser;
   grant select on v_$timer; to orcluser;
