【IDEA】 导入maven项目报错 Could not transfer artifact com.XX.XX:XX(PKIX path building failed)

背景

虽然标题貌似跟证书PKIX有关，实则没有半毛钱关系。昨晚上整理电脑的文件夹，将项目文件夹移动了位置，今天上午开完公司站会就开始车祸现场，一直到下午一点才解决。┭┮﹏┭┮

问题

idea 导入maven项目报错，错误信息如下：
