订阅专栏

1）VMware官网下载补丁后，上传补丁程序到存储，存储-->浏览文件-->上载文件

2）将马上进行升级补丁的ESXi主机上的虚拟机全部迁移走

3）右击该ESXi主机，进入维护模式

4）右击该ESXi主机，配置--> 服务-->开启SSH服务，透过Xshell或其他终端进入。

5）查看当前版本
[root@ESXi-CN-01:~] vmware -vl
VMware ESXi 6.7.0 build-13006603
VMware ESXi 6.7.0 Update 2

6）查找补丁的配置文件名称
[root@ESXi-CN-01:~] esxcli software sources profile list -d /vmfs/volumes/P2050/patch/ESXi670-202210001.zip

//下述指令进行升级也行
--esxcli software vib update --depot=/vmfs/volumes/P2050/patch/ESXi670-202210001.zip

7)正式开始升级
[root@ESXi-CN-01:~] esxcli software profile update -p ESXi-6.7.0-20221004001-standard -d /vmfs/volumes/P2050/patch/ESXi670-202210001.zip
Update Result
Message: The update completed successfully, but the system needs to be rebooted for the changes to be effective.
Reboot Required: true
VIBs Installed: VMW_bootbank_i40en_1.8.1.9-2vmw.670.3.73.14320388, VMW_bootbank_lsi-mr3_7.708.07.00-3vmw.670.3.73.14320388, VMW_bootbank_lsi-msgpt2_20.00.06.00-2vmw.670.3.73.14320388, ...

8）重启后验证升级成果
[root@ESXi-CN-01:~] reboot

重启后开启ESXi主机SSH服务，使用secureCRT竟然无法进入，提示如下：
Key exchange failed.
No compatible key exchange method. The server supports these methods: ecdh-sha2-nistp256,ecdh-sha2-nistp384,ecdh-sha2-nistp521,diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha256,diffie-hellman-group16-sha512,diffie-hellman-group18-sha512,diffie-hellman-group14-sha256

使用Xshell登入ESXi主机，可以正常登入

查看升级后版本
[root@ESXi-CN-01:~] vmware -vl
VMware ESXi 6.7.0 build-20497097
VMware ESXi 6.7.0 Update 3

9）退出维护模式，虚拟机迁回。
