解决方法：
执行步骤：
第一步执行：git config --global url.“https://”.insteadOf git://
第二步执行：npm install
就可以了

在网上查找到的资料说是node-sass下载失败，然后我们只需要在根目录下添加一个 .npmrc 文件，并在文件里面输入。在git上下载下来的vue-element-admin 安装依赖的时候报错。然后再将node-sass的路径修改为淘宝的npm，就可以顺利安装依赖了。
