An known issue of Genil model name conflict

All the testing is done in component ZCRMSM, which is almost copied from standard component CRMSM. The root object of the two are same – SocialPost.
However when I expand the context node of the UI component which is built on the latter, to my surprise, I find all extension fields created on ZCRMSM are also displayed there in context node of CRMSM, and even could be made visible in UI.


root cause: the determination of the field list belonging to one context node just takes the name of the Genil mode object name, SocialPost, into consideration, but ignore the Genil component name - ZCRMSM or CRMSM.

Solution: A good practice is to always use a unique prefix for your BOL objects.
