Exception：

Reason：

1. Target process could be hung and not accepting pipe connections
2. Process has crashed but not yet cleaned up from shared memory

Solution：

Check if you have enough shared memory in your host machine. And consider cleanup shared memory. For Example: reboot your host to free your share memory.
